I was also a staff on MRP servers, where I had to do sits more than all, so I know how to deal with minges, disrespect and more. I am a very calm person and it is rare that I will scream or be angry at someone. Of course, if that ever happens, since we all have bad days, I will make an apology for that person. Although I am very serious, I can be a little bit mingy at times. I do tolerate minges, but only at a certain degree. Of course, that during downtime, there would be minges, so I do sims or small events if I'm allowed to. Furthermore, I like to help out people because I feel like being a spectator seeing all of the staff work during the development. I am also very active on the server and on the Discord or Teamspeak. Why do you want to become staff?: I want to become staff because I believe that I could bring something to the servers or the community, like event ideas. I also want to become staff because I'd like to welcome the new players, because most of the time, the recruits wait in the training room for 20-30 mins sometimes just to get train. This has happened to me on numerous servers, so I just left and never bothered coming back on that server, as I do not wish to wait another 20-30 mins. I am really passionate at helping people out during events, tryouts, training or just answer questions that the newcomers have. I want to become staff because I have been part of this community I'm loving it so far. All of the staff ( for me) are really friendly and I liked to help you guys out on making this a good server.  Why would we want to accept you as staff? : You would want to accept me as staff because I am a very nice and friendly person. I can make the difference between minor minges and excessive minges. I do tolerate minge to an extent although the fuse is very short. In addition to what I said, I like to help a lot, I am also very motivated to start my training as a staff with the staff team. If I do become a staff, I would know that the "workplace" would be rather pleasant because of the amazing staff team here.  How many hours can you dedicate to the server: I can dedicate beyond 20 hours a week.
